1. Prep the skin with toner.
   
2. Take this mask from the pouch. Place the mask on your face.
3. Relax about 1 hour. The color of the mask will turn transparent after active ingredients are absorbed into the skin. 
4. Remove the mask. Pat gently until remaining essence is fully absorbed into skin.
