This toner is lightweight watery type without any heavy feel. Formulated to lower pH level (pH 5.0-5.5) for the skin balancing so the skin is relieved without stress.

Cleanse the face. Soak the cotton pad with liberal amount of this toner. Gently wipe the face with the wet cotton pad with this toner. Pat gently until toner is fully absorbed into the skin. Move on to the next skincare step.
