Shipping Policy


1. For domestic shipping in Cyprus:

  • Delivery can be made either to your door or to the nearest ACS pickup point from you upon your choice when you checkout the order.
  • If you wish to pick up the pacakge at the nearest ACS office from you, please insert the ACS pick up point name /area at delivery address when checking out your orders. Delivered pacakge will stay at ACS office up to 10 days. In case the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to us. 
  • Kindly understand that we do not provide shipping to North Cyprus. 

    2. Company informs the customer of the total price of your purchase including delivery and other related cost via this website during checking out orders stage. 

    3. Any failure or delay in fulfilling of shipping and delivery may happen hereunder, if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by, results from or is otherwise connected to acts beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist, hacking or cyber threats, attacks or acts, or other civil unrest.

    4. Customers can track the package at our website or email received from us with provided tracking number. 

    5. Customers must provide correct available contact information and delivery address in order to receive the purchased products without any delay or failure. 
    Company shall not be liable to the customer for any delay or failure of delivery due to incorrect contact information and delivery address that clients provided.

    6. Cash on delivery

    • This option is available only in Cyprus.
    • Correct amount should be paid to courier upon the delivery of the product so that package can be transfered to you.
